Job summary

360 Excellence Search is seeking an experienced events professional to lead live fashion events across the region, ensuring alignment with global standards. You will manage project details from concept through execution, including budgets, KPIs and post-event analysis.

You will build strategic relationships with vendors and clients, work in a fast-paced environment, travel within South East Asia as required, and maintain fluent English communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, managing and executing event-based projects.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Experience in live, fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute live events across the region.
• Budget design, management and reconciliation with stakeholders.
• Establish event KPIs and post-event reporting.
• Develop relationships with vendors and clients and ensure high-quality execution.
