Job summary

DIVISION COMMUNICATIONS is seeking an experienced Event Project Lead in Singapore to drive end-to-end event projects from concept to onsite delivery. You will ensure client satisfaction, budget control, and smooth coordination with teams and vendors.

Responsibilities include leading projects from conception through production, managing timelines, budgets, quotations, and managing client expectations. You will coordinate creative teams, fabricators, venues, and suppliers to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in events, experiential, advertising, or activation agencies.
• Proven ability to independently manage brand activations, launches, roadshows, exhibitions, or corporate events.
• Strong skills in project management, budgeting, vendor management, and client servicing.
• Ability to remain confident, organised, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work onsite.
• Availability to join immediately or within two weeks is advantageous.
