Job summary

Sin Guan Teck Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead a professional team in delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project completion and compliance with all regulations. The role requires preparing and reviewing detailed programmes, schedules, method statements, and risk assessment plans.

Prepare, review, and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans

Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations

Job Requirements

• A Recognized professional and technical academic certificatesin Arch, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying, which is recognised either by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions.
• Min 8 years of relevant working experience in construction /inovation works or relevant construction industries,
• Knowledge of best practices in Construction Project Management
• Possess analytical mindset, independent, self-starter, positive working attitude, takes ownership and a highly responsible individual
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active, and result-oriented individuals with a proven record in the building industry
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Build and maintain positive relationships with external clients/internal teammembers
