Job Summary

Lead and manage building projects to ensure timely completion within budget while meeting contractual, client, and QEHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and control building projects to meet contractual, client, and QEHS requirements
• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure on‑time completion within financial targets
• Lead and coordinate project teams by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
• Oversee suppliers and sub‑contractors to ensure compliance with QEHS standards, schedules, and cost controls
• Monitor construction productivity and recommend improvements to enhance work efficiency
• Prepare and maintain accurate site progress reports and all project documentation, including email communications
• Report project status regularly to management covering QEHS, cost, and schedule metrics
• Any other duties as assigned

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a project manager in building projects
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent
• Safety certification such as CSCPM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Possess Certified QM/CONQUAS Manager certification would be an added advantage
