Job summary

SAFENET FIRE SYSTEMS PTE. LTD.

You will coordinate with captains and owners, liaise with clients for timely service delivery, supervise staff across shifts, enforce safety standards, and drive project delivery from planning through commissioning, inspections and reporting.

Job description

- Responsible for the development and management of servicing team.

- Responsible for the development of maintenance & service procedures required for authority approval.

- Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships and works with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.

- Strong project management & problem-solving skills.

- Supervises other regular employees during a significant portion of the employee’s work time, duties include planning, scheduling, assigning, reviewing and evaluating work, training personnel and disciplining staff.

- Coordinate the job analysis and arrangement with captains and owners.

- Teach and enforces safety regulations, and perform loadmaster duties.

- Closely monitor the updates in fire & safety regulations in the Singapore standard, marine & offshore sectors.

- Liaise with clients for successful implementation & servicing of the Singapore standard, marine fire & safety systems in the specified time frame.

- Arrange the maintenance team to cater for the service requirement in the Singapore standard, marine & offshore sectors.

- Assist the manager in implementing cost-saving and process improvement strategies.

- Coordination within the department and liaising with contractors and other professionals.

- Oversee the work and prepare the method statements and all other site documentation.

- To look over the workforce capacity, site welfare and health & safety.

- Ensure the implementation and management of risk and safety work practise to reduce any interruption to operations.

- Co-ordinate with the project management team for new construction

- Develop accurate PID & isometric drawings applying practical design knowledge.

- Conduct inspection and commissioning.
