in Singapore seeks an HVAC Project Manager to oversee end-to-end projects, including tender handover, design coordination, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, and handover to clients. • Manage HVAC projects end-to-end: tender handover, design coordination, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning (T&C), and handover
• Lead site teams including site supervisors, sub-contractors and installers; enforce safety and quality standards on site
• Plan and monitor project schedules, resources and budgets; track progress against baseline
• Handle contractual matters: progress claims, variation orders (VO), back-charges and final account
• Liaise with clients, main contractors (MC), consultants, and authorities (BCA, SCDF, NEA) for submissions and approvals
• Ensure compliance with SS 553 / CP 13, WSH regulations and project specifications
