Job summary

Hock Hai Civil Engineering & Building Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned project leader in Singapore to manage infrastructure projects. You will lead the project team for authority submission clearances and oversee all phases of the project life cycle, with a track record on PUB/LTA works.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Built Environment and 12+ years’ experience, including at least 7 years in project management. Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Experience in utility management, shaft and manhole construction, road diversion will be advantageous.
• Having a track record for underground works is a must.
• Possess clear communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree related to built environment from an approved university (refer to BCA’s List of Acceptable Qualifications for Accreditation of Resident Engineer) with 12 years working experience and at least 7 years in project management.
• Able to prepare and do presentations to all stake holders.
• Able to tackle construction technical issues and suggest solutions.
• Able to plan and lead the project from start to finish.
