Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead master construction programs and coordinate across consultants and site teams in Singapore.

You will forecast manpower, equipment and material usage, and ensure on-time project delivery for large-scale civil works. The role demands at least 5 years of relevant experience, including completing at least one full HDB project cycle under a main contractor, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience, including completing at least one full HDB project cycle under a main contractor.
• Preferably manager-level experience in civil, construction, or structural engineering.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; able to manage fast-paced site environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute master construction programs, forecast manpower, equipment and material usage.
• Review drawings to resolve technical discrepancies with consultants before on-site execution.
• Oversee subcontractor progress, chair progress meetings with clients, architects and engineers.
• Enforce safety, QA/QC standards and manage authority submissions for TOP/CSC.

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and execute master construction programs, recovery schedules, and construction methodologies while forecasting and managing manpower, equipment, and material usage.

• Technical Resolution & Design Coordination: Review architectural/engineering drawings to resolve technical discrepancies with consultants before on-site execution.

• Site Management & Stakeholder Liaison: Oversee subcontractor progress, chair regular progress meetings with clients, architects, and engineers, and direct internal site teams.

• Safety, QA/QC & Authority Clearance: Enforce workplace health, safety, and quality standards; manage authority submissions to secure Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience, including completing at least one full HDB project cycle under a main contractor

• Specialization: Preferably Manager-level experience in Civil, Construction, or Structural Engineering

• Key Attributes: Strong team leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; capable of managing fast-paced site environments
