Job summary

CONSIS ENGINEERING PTE LTD is hiring for a Landscape Project Lead to plan, coordinate, and manage landscape construction and maintenance projects in Singapore. You will prepare schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely, budget-compliant deliveries while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in landscape-related fields, minimum 2 years’ experience, and strong leadership with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in landscape, horticulture, civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance projects.
• Experience managing multiple landscape projects simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Singapore landscape standards, site operations, and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred.
• Able to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage landscape construction and maintenance projects from commencement to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety requirements.
• Attend site meetings and prepare project progress reports.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor project costs and control project expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, WSH, NParks, and other relevant statutory requirements.
• Supervise and guide site supervisors and project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure projects meet the required quality, safety, cost, and timeline targets.
