Landscape Project Manager
We are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to oversee landscape construction projects from award to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to handover.
- Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly.
Client & Consultant Coordination
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants and main contractors.
- Maintain strong communication and working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Coordinate submissions, approvals and inspections.
Site & Construction Management
- Supervise site teams and ensure quality workmanship.
- Plan manpower, equipment and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety and progress.
Commercial & Contract Administration
- Monitor project costs and budgets.
- Manage variation orders, claims and contract documentation.
- Prepare progress claims and support final account submissions.
- Track procurement schedules and delivery timelines.
Documentation
- Review drawings and technical specifications.
- Prepare work programmers, method statements and project reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Coordinate as-built drawings and handover documentation.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, NParks and project-specific requirements.
- Drive quality assurance throughout project execution.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in landscape construction (more experienced candidates are welcome to apply).
- Good knowledge of landscape construction methodology, planting works, irrigation systems, hardscape and softscape works.
- Able to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
