Job summary

CLE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Resident Engineer to oversee civil engineering projects in Singapore. You will manage project execution to meet targets, control schedules, and monitor costs, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical specs.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree recognised by the PE Board, with at least 10 years of local experience in vehicular structures and road projects, and is proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or equivalent, for registration as Resident Engineer.
• At least ten (10) years of local experience including in managing and constructing vehicular structures and roads.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Problem solving and leadership skills.
• Able to start work with short notice/immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure that work is carried out in a manner that meets the targets set out by the management.
• Responsible for project schedule control within the planned milestone dates.
• Responsible for project cost control within the agreed budget.
• Monitor contractual and technical specifications.
• Identify and record changes to the project scope of supply and manage variation orders effectively with Main Contractor.

Job Requirements

• At least ten (10) years relevant local experience including in the managing and construction of vehicular structures and roads,


• Knowledgeable in software skills such as AutoCAD and MS Office


• Problem solving and leadership skill


• Able to start work with short notice/immediately
