• Good technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall control and monitoring of projects' operations, budgets & personnel staffing.
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines.
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, material and resources on site.
• Ensure high level of site safety and housekeeping.
• Manage and control quality of work.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and others.
