Job summary

VISCOM MACHINE VISION PTE LTD is seeking a project manager to deliver end-to-end services from scope definition to final customer acceptance. The role requires coordinating with local and HQ teams, supporting sales with Chinese tender translations, and ensuring alignment with company policies and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in equipment project management (SMT/PBCA), bilingual English/Chinese, and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in project management in Equipment (SMT/PBCA)
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Self-starter with excellent leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to take notes and use Excel shortcuts well

Responsibilities

• Deliver full scope of services until Final Acceptance by Customer
• Coordinate with stakeholders locally and HQ staff
• Support sales by translating and assessing Chinese-language tender documents
• Manage projects per company policy, standards and client satisfaction
• Prepare project schedules, track sales orders, configure machines to specifications
• Manage project documentation and stock (in-house and overseas)
• Oversee shipping and logistics for stock
• Provide end-to-end program management leadership

Job description

To deliver full scope of services sold until Final Acceptance by Customer

An Effective organiser and communicator between all relevant Stakeholders.

Can do attitude and utilize manpower and resources balanced to efficiently achieve "buy off" in shortest possible time.

Internal coordination with local and HQ staff.

Support sales team by translating and assessing Chinese Language tender documents.

Manage project according to company policy, company standards, and client satisfaction.

Project preparation-schedule of project, sales order tracking, machine configuration to specifications.

Manage documentation of projects.

In charge of in-house stock, overseas stock and shipping.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronic, Automation or Mechanical Engineering.

Min 3 years of experience in a similar position in project management in Equipment preferably in SMT/PBCA process and practical experience.

International project management is an added advantage

Bilingual in English and Chinese Language

Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies as relevant to the project execution.

Self-starter with excellent leadership and team building skills for end-to-end program management.

Able to apply commonly used MS Excel shortcut keys and has a good habit of notes taking in pointers.
