Job summary

Hai Robotics is seeking a highly capable engineer to lead warehouse automation projects from definition to deployment, including scope, schedule, and budget planning. The role requires coordinating resources across sales, solution, logistics, and software teams while managing stakeholders and ensuring customer acceptance.

The candidate will drive change requests, monitor project outcomes, and assess post-project performance to continually improve delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in computer software, electrical/electronics Engineering, automation, or related fields.
• Experience in Field Applications and Technical Support; background in software, testing, automation or robotics is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak Mandarin and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse automation projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments including sales, solution, logistics, and software team.
• Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders, and keep stakeholders informed and updated for both parties.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
