Job summary

MEGAPIXEL PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Project Executive to coordinate and manage manufacturing projects from planning through implementation and completion.

You will work closely with production, quality control, procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet customer requirements and quality standards. • Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing and Project Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of working experience in manufacturing operations and production processes in projects will be an advantage.
• Good project coordination, planning, organisational and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
• Work with production, engineering, procurement, quality control and other departments to ensure smooth execution and monitor schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders on requirements and updates.
• Ensure activities comply with customer specifications, quality standards and company procedures.
• Monitor costs, resources and delivery schedules; identify risks and coordinate corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

We are Hiring! We are seeking a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented Project Executive to coordinate and manage manufacturing projects from planning through implementation and completion. Successful candidate will work closely with production, quality control, procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements and quality standards.

Key Role:

1. Coordinate and monitor manufacturing projects from project initiation to completion.
2. Work closely with production, engineering, procurement, quality control, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project schedules, timelines, budgets, and progress reports. Follow up on production planning, material availability, and project deliverables.
3. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding project requirements and updates.
4. Ensure products and project activities comply with customer specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
5. Monitor project costs, resources, and delivery schedules to ensure targets are achieved. Identify project risks, production issues, and delays, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing and Project Management, or a related field. Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in manufacturing operations and production processes in projects will be an advantage.
• Good project coordination, planning, organisational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills will be an added advanatge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and meet project deadlines.
