Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating client projects across multiple solutions to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery
• Support project tracking and monitoring by maintaining and updating project status, timelines, and action items in internal trackers
• Attend client and internal meetings to take structured meeting notes, summarise key discussions, and track follow-up actions
• Assist in preparing and standardising project documentation, including project scope, implementation plans, and handover documents
• Assist in preparing weekly project summaries, highlighting progress, risks, and outstanding issues
• Deliver case study for key clients

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related fields
• Strong interest in project management, operations, or client-facing roles
• Good organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to summarise information clearly and concisely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plusSelf-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to support communication with clients and internal teams
