Job summary

EPOS is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support cross-solution client implementations and maintain project momentum. You will help ensure timely delivery by coordinating multiple stakeholders and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

In this role, you will attend meetings, take structured notes, and prepare weekly summaries highlighting progress and risks. This position offers a dynamic environment within Southeast Asia and growth opportunities within EPOS’s expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating client projects across multiple solutions to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery.
• Support project tracking and monitoring by maintaining and updating project status, timelines, and action items in internal trackers.
• Attend client and internal meetings to take structured meeting notes, summarise key discussions, and track follow-up actions.
• Assist in preparing and standardising project documentation, including project scope, implementation plans, and handover documents.
• Assist in preparing weekly project summaries, highlighting progress, risks, and outstanding issues.
• Deliver case study for key clients.
