Job summary

Schneider Electric in Singapore invites you to join as a Project Management Intern for the H1172027 cohort starting January 2027. You will support real projects, work with seasoned professionals, and build the skills that set you up for success.

Based in Kallang, this internship offers mentorship and hands-on learning in planning, execution and stakeholder coordination within cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates are pursuing a related Bachelor's degree, with knowledge of MS Office and MS

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in electro-mechanical / electrical / electronic engineering or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Project Management Process knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the project budget, resources, and schedule.
  • Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and, in the event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions.
  • Organize, lead, and motivate the project team and synchronize with other teams.
  • Lead the decision-making process at the project level and at the right time.
  • Apply risk management techniques to identify risks and issues, and implement risk response plans.
  • Provide project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis.
