Responsibilities

• Organize and manage talent communities within the organization.
• Prepare clear, visually engaging slide decks for communications.
• Coordinate and schedule sessions (kick-offs, team meetings, webinars).
• Support knowledge management: maintain knowledge bases and share best practices.
• Contribute to AI-related projects within strategy and marketing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain engagement and track activities.

Location: Kallang

You will join the Global Strategy, Innovation and Communications team and work closely with two Project Leaders, supporting initiatives in Talent and AI-related topics.

What will you do

• Organize and manage talent communities in the organization
• Prepare clear, visually compelling slide decks for communications
• Coordinate and schedule sessions (kick-offs, team meetings, webinars, etc.)
• Support knowledge management: maintain knowledge bases, organize information, and enable sharing of best practices
• Contribute to AI-related projects on for strategy and marketing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep engagement high and activities on track

What qualifications will make you successful

• Business, Economics, or related discipline
• Demonstrated skills/interest in AI (coursework, projects, or practical tools)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable preparing presentations and facilitating sessions
