  • Structure and perform data analysis - collect, clean, and visualize data (e.g. in Excel, Tableau) to quantify market and segment trends and their implications for the business.
  • Craft clear, professional presentations and reports - communicate findings to key internal stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams.
  • Support ad-hoc strategy topics and transversal projects - provide research and analytical support on strategic deep dives and other priorities as they arise.
  • Contribute to periodic market reviews - support research on market sizing, competitive landscape, and segment opportunities to build a comprehensive view of the market.
  • Help prepare quarterly business and market trend reviews - conduct macro and industry analysis, track segment trends, and monitor competitor activity to support regular reporting.
  • Work with country teams on segment growth analysis - help collect and analyze inputs on segment performance, identify where local trends diverge from broader market views, and prepare insights for regional and global partners.
  • Support a regular market intelligence publication - help gather, curate, and synthesize updates on macro developments, segment trends, customer movements, and competitor activity into a concise, engaging periodic update for internal stakeholders.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics (or a related field such as Statistics, Data Science, or Business Analytics), Business (with a focus on Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field), or Engineering with a strong business interest.
  • Strong data analytics skills - comfortable working with and drawing insights from data sets; proficiency in Excel required.
  • Tool-savvy and eager to work smarter - comfortable exploring and adopting productivity and visualization tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Copilot, and Power BI to work more efficiently.
  • Genuine curiosity for market research - enjoys investigating market trends, competitor moves, and macro developments, and connecting the dots into a bigger picture.
  • Strong communication skills - able to craft clear, professional presentations (PowerPoint) and articulate findings both in writing and verbally.
  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset - able to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and follow through with quality.
  • Ability to "connect the dots" both qualitatively and quantitatively for storytelling and distilling the big picture.
