Job summary

Socomec Group in Singapore is seeking a proactive assistant to support sales and project documentation, drive process efficiency with AI tools, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

In this role you will coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution, assist with market research and competitor analysis, support marketing activities, and help the Sales team prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or relating discipline.
• Strong in communication and organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
