Job summary

UES HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling and delivery of building services projects within time and budget, coordinating with architecture, C&S, Process and other trades.

You will manage in-house MEP design activities (basic to BIM coordination), perform cost tracking against budgets, lead site meetings, ensure safety and quality, and support tender preparation for new projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Building Services M&E.
• At least 8 years of Singapore-based experience in building construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and resource planning skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple trades and teams.
• Proactive, adaptable and good communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling and delivery within time and budget.

• Carry out testing and commissioning and handover with as-built drawings and O&M.
• Participate in tender preparation for new projects.

• Oversee project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Employer expectation,
• Analyse, manage and track project costs again budget.
• Manage in-house MEP design works, including basic design, detailed design, shop drawing and BIM coordination.
• Coordinate with architecture, C&S and Process, ICA and other trades.
• Attend technical and site coordinate meetings with Employer, Consultants, Main Contractor and other contractors.
• Assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E works with Consultants and Employer.
• Oversee construction activities by In-house installation teams, site safety, arrange timely delivery of M&E equipment and materials.
• Carry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC,
• Handover of completed work activities with as built drawings and O&MM to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards and safety aspects.
• Participate in tender preparation for new projects

Requirements

• Min Diploma Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Building Service M&E background
• Min 8 years of relevant Singapore-based working experience in building construction industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
