Job summary

LONGXIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior M&E Construction Manager in Singapore to lead cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for M&E components on complex projects.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management while coordinating with internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
• Holding a Professional Engineering (PE) certification or other relevant qualifications in M&E engineering (e.g., CEng, LEED accreditation) is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Singapore's construction industry.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills with all internal and external teams involved in the project.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates for M&E components.
• Develop and manage budgets for M&E aspects of construction projects.

• Maintain accurate records, including project plans, drawings, and technical specifications, to support project documentation and future maintenance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for M&E related matters, addressing client concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Resolve technical issues and challenges related to M&E systems promptly, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and objectives.
• Fulfill other assigned duties or related tasks as required by management.
