Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in freight forwarding, project logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and project management skills
• Knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping, and transportation methods.
• Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within project logistics, heavylift, breakbulk, and supply chain solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with customers.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
