Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd seeks an ASEAN Head of Project Logistics to lead business development in Southeast Asia. You will drive project logistics sales, oversee end-to-end deliveries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor multimodal solutions for clients.

You will manage vendor operations, craft competitive tenders, and nurture relationships with customers and partners while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in project cargo, heavy lift, breakbulk and multimodal transport.
• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Find, create and acquire new business possibilities in SEA sectors.
• Oversee assigned projects from conception to customer handover.
• Organize vendor operations, oversee timetables, and track costs.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams for effective logistics.
• Build rapport with customers, contractors and partners.
• Prepare competitive quotes, tenders and logistics plans.
• Analyse consumer behaviour, competition and industry trends.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide executive with forecasts.
