Job summary

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Engineering or similar with at least 5 years in project management and M&E, healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project governance policies and processes for consistent delivery of infra projects.
• Develop technical standards and ensure standardisation with hospital infrastructure and design.
• Engage users for feasibility studies of rejuvenation projects.
• Lead design development and procurement for consultancy and construction packages.
• Review/approve project schedules, statements, and permits to work.
• Oversee consultants and contractors per contract terms.
• Prepare cost estimates, scope of work and BOQ, plus minutes/reports.
• Lead special projects and adhoc duties as directed by RO.
• Coordinate tender docs and sign-off project documents for M&E works.
• Oversee M&E testing, commissioning and stakeholder coordination.
