Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer to manage hospital infrastructure and renovation projects from planning to completion at our Kent Ridge site.

You will lead feasibility studies, design development and M&E coordination, and prepare tender documents, cost estimates, scopes of work, and Bills of Quantities. The role also involves managing consultants, contractors, and schedules, plus overseeing M&E installation and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Engineering.
• Min. 3–5 years of relevant experience in complex A&A projects within operational buildings.
• At least 2 years of healthcare infrastructure or commercial project experience.
• Strong M&E technical knowledge and project management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital infrastructure and renovation projects from planning to completion.
• Lead feasibility studies, design development and M&E coordination.
• Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, scopes of work and Bills of Quantities.
• Manage consultants, contractors, project schedules and construction submissions.
• Oversee M&E installation, inspections, testing and commissioning.
