Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an M&E Project Manager to lead healthcare and government-infrastructure projects in Singapore, based at Kent Ridge. You will oversee planning, feasibility, design development, tendering, and M&E coordination with a team of consultants and contractors to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role demands strong M&E knowledge, 3–5 years in complex A&A projects, and at least 2 years in healthcare or commercial projects, with excellent stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Engineering.
• Min. 3–5 years of relevant experience in complex addition and alteration (A&A) projects within operational buildings.
• At least 2 years of healthcare infrastructure or commercial project experience.
• Strong M&E technical knowledge and project management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Owner/developer experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital infrastructure and renovation projects from planning to completion.
• Lead feasibility studies, design development and M&E coordination.
• Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, scopes of work and Bills of Quantities.
• Manage consultants, contractors, project schedules and construction submissions.
• Oversee M&E installation, inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Develop project standards and maintain reports and documentation.
