E-CRUIT TEAM PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable project coordinator to manage end-to-end planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution for M&E projects.

You will coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth delivery, monitor progress and prepare status reports. This role requires a degree and at least 2 years in project management, with willingness to travel to project sites.

Formación

• Min Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management or related discipline.
• Min 2 years experience in project management within the M&E sector.
• Five-day work week; willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end project planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
• Oversee after-sales service and handle client enquiries.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service performance and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO certification and audits.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth project delivery


• Monitor project progress, resolve operational issues and prepare project status reports


• Oversee after-sales service, customer enquiries, technical issues and preventive maintenance programmes


• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service support


• Monitor service performance, identify process improvements and implement cost-saving measures


• Manage product quality assurance, ISO certification requirements and internal and external audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards


• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management or related discipline


• Min 2 years experience in project management within the M&E Sector


• Working Hours: 5 days work week (Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm)

• Comfortable with travelling around project sites


• Salary: Up to $4500


• 6 months Project, subject to extension/conversion)
