Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Mechanical Engineering Project Coordinator to support on-site operations in Singapore. The role focuses on project coordination, progress reporting, safety adherence, and QA/QC documentation.

You will coordinate with clients and subcontractors, conduct site meetings, track progress, and help manage costs and materials for multiple projects. Requires relevant engineering degree or diploma and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with working experience.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, MS Project and able to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Able to manage project with minimal supervision.
• Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with clients or consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, project meetings and internal project closure meeting.
• Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; and implement risk control measures.
• Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner.
• Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports.
• Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation.
• Co-ordinates daily activities of workers' duties and to ensure that they are performed in a proper manner.
• Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel.
• Assists in cost control by reducing materials wastage, usage of tools and equipment, etc.
• Request and initiate orders of materials required for projects.
• Documentation on project progress and damage.
• Ensures proper project documentation including email communication.
• Any other related duties as assigned.

Basic: $2,700 - $3,800

Working Hours: 5 Days Mon-Fri (830am to 530pm)

Location: Redhill (Office) / Current project - Jurong or Woodlands Area
