Job summary

Butler Construction AB in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development of the Project Brief and Business Case, manage funding approvals, tolerances, and changes to scope, cost, or timescales, ensuring alignment with the Business Case.

You will lead planning, briefing, implementation and monitoring of marketing activities across major channels, coordinate with Programme or Corporate Management, archive end-of-project documentation, carry out admin duties, and

Qualifications

• Equivalent practical experience.
• Computer literate and tech-savvy.
• Advanced access to market / client leadership, operations and strategic insights.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of executive, management and staff.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of the Project Brief and Business Case.
• Authorise expenditure levels, set stage tolerances and ensure funding for agreed expenditure is available.
• Authorise or reject proposed changes to cost or timescale beyond tolerance levels and all proposed changes to scope, checking for possible effects on the Business Case.
• Be responsible for the planning, briefing, implementation and monitoring of marketing activity across all major marketing channels, including off the page, online and affiliates.
• Liaise with Programme or Corporate Management on progress.
• Archive end-of-project documentation (drawings, permits, ) and hand off finished products.
• Fulfil all necessary administrational duties relating to the role.
• Authorise the project’s continuance or early closure at stage review meetings of the Project Board.
• Authorise formal closure of the project.
• Hold a Post-Project to ensure benefits are realised.
