Job summary

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate and deliver local and international engineering projects. You will work with management, customers and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.

The role requires at least 3 years' relevant project experience, strong planning and budgeting skills, and excellent stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery across sites and partners.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of engineering or manufacturing project experience.
• Experience in project planning, coordination, budget monitoring and progress reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans covering scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, budgets and resource requirements.
• Define work packages and coordinate project teams across engineering, operations, overseas sites and external partners.
• Lead project execution, assign responsibilities and monitor deliverables.
• Identify risks, resolve issues and coordinate corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Plan and monitor project expenditure and engage external resources when required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, contractual obligations and intellectual property requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and present progress, results and key issues to management.
• Recommend new project opportunities and apply lessons learned to improve future delivery.
