Job summary

ST Venture Employment Agency is seeking a disciplined engineer to coordinate and produce AutoCAD drawings for projects in Singapore. You will attend site show rounds, prepare tender costings, and support a team of workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires interpreting Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings, knowledge of ACMV systems, and the ability to work independently while reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE in Engineering or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be a team player with initiatives.
• Knowledge of M&E systems, especially ACMV.
• Able to interpret Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings.
• Knowledge and use of AutoCAD.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce drawings with AutoCAD.
• Attend site show rounds and provide tender costings and quotations as required.
• Supervise, coordinate and assist your team of workers / sub-contractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend project meetings, site safety meetings, co-ordination meetings etc., as required.
• Control and monitor all materials, claims and costs of the projects.
• Work independently in the day to day operation of the projects and tasks assigned.
• Familiarize quickly with all requirements of any task assigned.
• Liaise with colleagues and sub-contractors for smooth operation of the Company's business.
• Assist with office tasks including updating of data and records, drawings for ISO compliance.
• Report to the Project Manager and Management on all the project matters.
• Carry out any other related duties as may be assigned by the management.

JOB DESCRIBTION

To be able to co-ordinate and produce drawings with autocad system

To attend site showrounds, provide tender costings and quotations as and when required.

To supervise, co-ordinate and assist your team of workers / sub-contractors to ensure smooth operations.

To attend project meetings, site safety meetings, co-ordination meetings etc., as and when required by the

project/projects.

To control and monitor all materials, claims and costs of the project/projects.

To work independently in the day to day operation of the projects and tasks assigned.

You are required to swiftly familiarize with all requirements of any task assigned.

To have close liaison and harmonious working relationship with all the colleagues and sub-contractors for the necessary smooth operation of the Company's business.

To assist and co-operate with other staff in office works including updating of data’s and records, drawings etc. for ISO compliance.

You are to report to the Project Manager and Management on all the project matters.

To carry out any other related duties which may be later assigned to you by the management

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or ITE in Engineering or minimum 3 years of relevant experience if he does not have the necessary paper qualifications.

Must be a team player with initiatives.

Possess sound knowledge of M&E systems especially for ACMV system

Able to interpret Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings

Knowledge and use of AutoCAD system

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
