Job summary

Twin Power Specialist Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a capable Electrical/Project site coordinator to manage M&E coordination and field execution.

You will design electrical systems, draft layouts for lighting, power, piping, and perform load calculations and BOQ estimations.

The role requires on-site presence, coordination with clients and subcontractors, and timely reporting; proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating M&E services with architectural/consultant teams.
• Ability to prepare electrical design drafts for lighting, power, piping layouts.
• Experience in quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
• Strong site discipline with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E services with other architectural/consultant work including domestic subcontractors.
• Design electrical systems and associated drafting for lighting, power, piping layouts.
• Calculate load and estimate electrical material requirements.
• Estimate BOQ for installation materials and calculate material and labour costs.
• Carry out site visits and conduct on-site measurements.
• Manage contract administration and settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Oversee general on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Coordinate site work with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and technical proposals.
• Plan construction operations according to PM plan.
• Conduct inspections and checks on site works.
• Attend site meetings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Able to learn and adapt to new procedures quickly.
• Capable of working independently and delivering reports on time.

• *Coordination of M&E services with other Architectural / Consultant work include M&E domestic subcontract work and all necessary building and structure works
• *Design Electrical System, Drafting for Lighting, Power, Piping Layout, Tray & Trucking and Single Line Diagram
• *Calculation Load & Estimating for Electrical requirement materials
• *Estimating the B.O.Q of installation materials for Project and Calculator of the Material and Labour Cost
• * Job site visiting.
• *Responsible for taking-offs, filing variations, conducting measurements.
• *Handles contract administration and settlement of final accounts with clients ; sub-contractors.
• *Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters.
• *Site work co-ordination with client, suppliers & subcontractors.
• *Prepare monthly progress report and technical proposals.
• *Plan the construction operations according to Project Management Plan.
