Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer for BMS/Building Automation at International Business Park, Singapore. The role is permanent in a 5-day week with 8.30 am–5.30 pm hours.

The salary is up to SGD 5,200 plus AWS and medical/dental allowances, commensurate with experience. Diploma/degree in engineering and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred for project planning, site coordination, and successful handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical)
• 1–2 years of relevant project engineering, site coordination or PM experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong communication, writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Exposure to construction site coordination or building services projects
• Experience or exposure to Building Management Systems (BMS)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in planning projects, controlling budgets, and executing tasks to meet objectives
• Coordinate with main contractors and contractors to ensure smooth BMS installation work
• Supervise subcontractors to meet workmanship standards and project requirements
• Prepare detailed site progress reports and project documentation, including method statements
• Ensure timely project handover while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency
• Manage accessibility of installation drawings at points of use to support efficient work
• Review and determine actions for non-conformities detected in products or work
• Take responsibility for successful completion of projects and customer satisfaction

• Location: International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)

• Working hours: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5200 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in planning projects, controlling budgets, and executing project tasks to meet objectives

• Coordinate with main contractors and other contractors to ensure smooth BMS installation work

• Supervise subcontractors to ensure work meets acceptable workmanship standards and project requirements

• Prepare detailed site progress reports and project documentation, including method statements

Requirements:
