Job summary

NEXT ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support vendor management and site activities on complex engineering projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate with Owners, Vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely inspections, testing, and documentation. The role requires a degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A degree from a recognized tertiary institute.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess positive and willing to learn attitude.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate with Vendor for contractual obligations and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for meetings, technical clarification/discussion and inspections.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for ITP, Testing and Commissioning procedures.
• Prepare and timely submit weekly/monthly reports including procurement map.
• Support Package Buyer and Costing Office to manage Vendor variation/claims.
• Monitor and track vendor payment milestones and ensure vendor is meeting the requirements for each payment milestone.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for inspection, testing, and closing out all inspection reports.
• Coordinate with Owner’s Representative, 3rd Party Inspector, Project Team and Vendor for site/workshop visits for inspection and testing.
• Coordinate with Vendor and Expediting Lead for delivery, expediting, receiving, joint inspection, warehousing and preservation requirements.
• Coordinate with Vendor for spare parts list and commissioning spares.
• Site support for installation, testing and commissioning.
• Timely submission of final vendors data books and documentation.
• Coordinate with Package Buyer and Vendor for guarantee/warranty matters.
