Job summary

LIAN HUAH ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and site coordination of electrical installation projects in Singapore. You will act as the operational link between site management, sub-contractors, consultants and clients to ensure daily activities run smoothly and on schedule.

The role requires coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring safety compliance, and contributing to documentation and progress tracking for successful project

Qualifications

Diploma/Higher Nitec or Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related field.
Experience coordinating electrical installation works (turnkey/A&A) on local sites preferred.
Good baseline knowledge of electrical installation practices and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily site activities with project managers and sub-contractors.
Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors, consultants and clients in meetings.
Assist in tracking expenditures and preparing site documentation.
Support equipment selection, material submissions and installation methods.
Support Safety Coordinators to maintain high on-site safety standards.
Maintain site logs, records and handovers for project delivery.
