SVP Integrated Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Project Operations professional in Singapore to manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with sub-contractors and stakeholders.

You will plan, supervise, and follow up on all project actions and schedules, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications. The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years' experience, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel, Revit and AutoCAD.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day project operations with sub-contractors and all stakeholders.
• Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules.
• Schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors/workers to meet contract drawings and specifications on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate effective coordination.
• Monitor construction progress, ensure productivity, legal compliance and safety until project completion.
• Ensure quality of work meets standards and cost objectives; projects completed on time and within budget.
• Assist in tracking approvals during submission to government authorities for compliance.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants to ensure timely completion of projects.
