Job summary

HI-LEO ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a project procurement coordinator to monitor vendor obligations, coordinate meetings and inspections, and manage documentation and reports.

The role involves engagement with Owner’s Representatives, 3rd party inspectors, and international site visits for testing and commissioning. Candidates should hold a recognized degree and have at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication

Qualifications

• A degree from a recognized tertiary institute.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Positive and willing to learn attitude.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate with vendor for contractual obligations and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for meetings, technical clarification/discussion and inspections.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for ITP, Testing and Commissioning Procedures.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports including procurement map.
• Support Package Buyer and Costing Officer to manage vendor variation/claims.
• Monitor and track vendor payment milestones and ensure vendor is meeting payment requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for inspection, testing, and closing out all inspection reports.
• Visit vendor site/workshop (local and overseas) for inspection and testing.
• Coordinate with Vendor and Expediting Lead for delivery, expediting, receiving, joint inspection, warehousing and preservation requirements.
• Coordinate with Vendor for the spare parts list and commissioning spares.
• Coordinate with Project Team and Vendor for site support for installation, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinating with Vendor for timely submission of final vendors data books and documentation.
• Coordinating with Package Buyer and Vendor for any guarantee/warranty matters
