UES HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project/Construction Coordinator to assist the Discipline Lead in achieving project objectives, schedules, safety and quality targets on-site in Singapore.

You will help prepare work instructions, monitor progress, and coordinate with execution teams. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Chemical/Engineering or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and planning tool skills, including Primavera P6/P3 and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Chemical/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Solid technical competency and ability to interpret engineering requirements.

Responsabilités

• Support Discipline Lead to achieve project objectives and ensure clear deliverables, quality, lead-time and safety requirements.
• Monitor daily progress and compare planned vs. actual, identifying critical activities.
• Prepare work instructions, progress reports, and handover status updates.
