Job summary

Quest Global in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to oversee equipment packages from pre-purchase to final delivery, ensuring alignment with project and contractual requirements.

You will coordinate with buyers, vendors, and project teams to finalize POs, monitor document submissions, manage inspections and testing, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and spare parts. The role also covers installation support, commissioning, warranty matters, and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized tertiary institution or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
• Positive and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing equipment packages from pre-purchase to final delivery, ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with buyers to finalize POs, monitor vendor document submissions, manage inspections and testing, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and spare parts.
• Liaise with vendors, project teams, owners’ reps, and third-party inspectors, organize progress meetings, and track vendor performance and payments.
• Support installation, commissioning, warranty matters, and ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the procurement lifecycle.
