Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or PV)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in renewable energy systems/BESS deployments in Singapore
• Experience with tendering projects and cost estimation
• Familiar with Singapore standards/regulations for PV and energy storage
• Ability to read technical drawings and communicate concepts clearly

Responsibilities

• Understand solar or BESS tender project specifications to prepare bid proposals
• Review PV proposals and conduct initial cost analysis
• Work with sales to provide accurate costings and proposals
• Provide cost and contractual advice to project team and value work at site
• Prepare tender costings/technical proposals and ensure timely submissions
• Source and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for quotes
• Familiar with local codes/standards (SCDF, EMA) and regulatory requirements
• Perform site measurements to match project requirements
• Implement cost control to track expenses and variances
• Maintain records of contracts for audits and compliance
