• 3+ years in project coordination, site installation, testing and commissioning of rail E&M or fibre optic infrastructure in Singapore transit
• Experience coordinating with local transit stakeholders (railway/transit operator) for A&A, system upgrades or new installations
• Familiarity with PTW, Mod Approval and engineering access procedures and coordination in railway environments
• Willingness to perform night/engineering-hours work when required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BIM or similar drawing tools for design reviews
• Strong collaboration and independent working style with proactive attitude
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel regularly between office and sites

• Supervise on-site installation, testing, commissioning, interfaces, punchlists and handover activities
• Coordinate with project team and contractors to resolve site issues and ensure alignment with project plans

• Supervise site surveys, FO routing verification, cable installation and testing/commissioning
• Resolve site constraints and routing conflicts related to project implementation
• Assist troubleshooting of network equipment configuration and system integration issues during installation and migration

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project related submission (specification, drawing, test procedure and method statement etc.) and facilitate project team in the following-up to ensure the submission is compliant with project requirement
• Supervise on-site installation, testing and commissioning, interfacing matters, integration testing, punchlist/defect work and handover activity to ensure the quality of work is compliant with project requirement
• Coordinate with project team, contractors, interfacing contractors and other project stakeholders to resolve site issues and clashes to ensure the work is in line with project requirement;
• Facilitate project team to monitor the project schedule, update, review and report the project progress to be in line with project timeline;
• Supervise site surveys, FO routing verification, cable installation, network equipment installation and testing and commissioning activities;
• Facilitate resolution of site constraints, routing conflicts, FO core allocation issues and implementation-related technical matters;
• Support the troubleshooting and resolution of network equipment configuration issues, communication failures, network connectivity issues and system integration issues encountered during installation, testing, commissioning and migration activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 3 years in project coordination, site installation, testing and commissioning of rail E&M system, communications network or fibre optic infrastructure in Singapore transit environment.
• Relevant experience in coordinating and interfacing with local transit stakeholders (i.e. railway/transit operator) to carry out A&A, system upgrading or new system implementation work at revenue stations.
• Familiarity with Permit-to-Work (PTW), Mod Approval, engineering access procedures and stakeholder coordination in railway environments would be an advantage.
• Be expected to perform night work or engineering-hours work where required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BIM or similar drawing tools for design drawing review
• Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work independently
• Good collaboration and attitude to work with team members
• Ability to cope with flexible working hours
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Be expected to travel regulary between office and sites
