Job summary

Flowserve Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate new pump assemblies, rotor units and customer-specific solutions, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time order fulfillment. You will review customer POs, technical specs and BOMs, prepare repair quotations, and support engineering analyses.

The role requires effective communication, proactive supplier coordination and the ability to drive actions across Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Operations to

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with rotating equipment, pumps or similar systems is preferred.
• Able to read engineering drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Familiarity with procurement of castings and machined parts.
• Experience in reviewing POs, contractual terms and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects involving pump assemblies and rotor units.
• Review customer orders, specifications, and delivery commitments.
• Prepare quotations, including scope, lead times and exclusions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Operations.
• Maintain project schedules, action trackers and status updates.
• Lead or participate in project kick-off and status meetings.
• Ensure on-time order execution and delivery to customers.
