Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process, Power, or related Engineering discipline.
Recognized Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Control & Instrumentation.
At least 3 years working experience in similar job scope.
Experience in power generation, utilities, process plants, industrial facilities, or asset-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers across process, mechanical, automation, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
Review and approve engineering design packages, drawings, and technical documentation for mechanical skids, process packages, and automation systems.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and construction teams to support smooth EPC project execution.
Drive KPI-driven performance management to track efficiency, quality, and delivery.
Provide regular progress and performance reports to stakeholders, management, and clients.
