Job summary

Jenmon International Pte Ltd is seeking a project-focused professional to oversee design, budget, timeliness, quality, safety and environmental criteria across projects.

You will attend safety and project meetings, coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and prepare technical drawings, reports and documentation to support the Sales and Service teams. Daily operations and scheduling are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements established foreach project.
• Conduct or Attend Daily Safety Meeting/Toolbox Meeting.
• Attends internal and/or external meetings relating to the respective projects.
• Co-ordinate and interact with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors.
• To support Sales and Service Teams with Technical Drawings and calculations as per customers' requirements.
• Prepare & update project status by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information gathered.
• Responsible for updating on technical information / documentation.
• Responsible for the daily project operations of the company.
• Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules.
• Prepare, submission and filing of Project related reports such as Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement(MOS), Lifting Plan, Manpower Appointment, Permit to Work and etc;
• Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;
• Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

STANDARDS

• Ensure the compliance to ISO Standards and processes, WHS regulations, Code of Practices, Design and Welding Standards (QA/QC requirements);
• Involvement as an internal auditor for annuals ISO audit;
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations;
