Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects including QS work, budgets, VO's, drawings, meetings, site walks, and inspections.
• Ensure smooth operation of project flow from start to end.
• Plan and forecast all technical activities to assure quality from conception to completion.
• Understand plans and specifications to determine construction methods.
• Read and extract bill of quantities from drawings.
• Draft AutoCAD layouts, shop drawings, and electrical diagrams.
• Hold regular client meetings to clarify requirements and meet timelines.
• Manage project payment claims and track project progress.
• Follow up on project and work schedules.
• Maintain submission and documentation control.
• Monitor fabrication and production progress.
• Maintain/update project records.
• Assist in site safety documentation and coordination.
• Document progress and scheduling efforts.
• Prepare closeout materials, as-build drawings, and O&M manuals for owners.
• File and digitize corporate documents and data entry into company software.
• Respond to client emails and provide engineering assistance.
• Assist in ISO documentation preparation.
• Coordinate SETSCO/STS/PSB activities.

• 1. Manage and coordinate projects undertaken by the company including QS work, project budgets, VOs, drawings, meetings, site walks, site installations, material transportations, technical support, labour, inspections and completion of the projects.
• 2. Ensure smooth operation of project flow from start to end.
• 3. Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
• 4. Understand Project plans and Specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
• 5. Read and extract bill of quantity from drawings.
• 6. Drafting of AutoCAD drawing, layout drawing, shop drawing & electrical line diagram.
• 7. Regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
• 8. Manage Project Payment Claim.
• 9. Follow up on project and work schedule.
• 10. Maintain control of all project submission and documentation.
• 11. Monitor fabrication and production progress.
• 12. Maintain/update project records.
• 13. Assist the project team with site safety documentation and coordination.
• 14. Assist the project team with documenting job progress, schedule.
• 15. Creating and distributing project closeout material, as-build drawings, O and M manuals to owner once project is complete
• 16. Document filing and control, file and retrieve corporate documents, records and report including digitised them into the computer system in each of their respective folder
• 17. Data entry into the company software.
