Job summary

Heatec Jietong Pte Ltd is seeking a site/project coordinator to monitor progress, man-hours, and productivity across project works. You will attend meetings with customers and designers and coordinate with the Sales team to manage schedules within contract scopes and change requests.

The role involves leading toolbox meetings, coordinating with supervisors and safety teams, and driving project timelines through on-site and off-site planning while maintaining safety and deadlines at the workshop.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level: Secondary school or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and email usage.
• Able to draft and understand simple English documents.
