Project Engineer

Job summary

ATT SecuriTech in Singapore is seeking a capable project professional to design systems, manage installations, configure and test equipment, and commission projects. You will drive scope estimation, manage variations, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety standards.

The role involves attending progress meetings, updating Project Managers, supporting root-cause analyses, and preparing training materials for clients and maintenance teams

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project system design, equipment installation, configuration, testing and commissioning.
• Implement and ensure proper project management, structure, and processes to drive scope estimation and on-time delivery.
• Propose and provide quotations for Variation Orders.
• In-charge of managing and handling the implementation of successful system integration projects.
• Ensure resource allocation effectively, with high efficiency and sufficiency to complete project.
• Communicate product development and technical activities to sales team and operation team as well as liaising and coordinating with the subcontractors and customers with regards to the implementation of the project, including price negotiation and managing client’s expectations.
• To attend Project progress meeting and update project status to Project Manager or Client.
• Assist Project Manager in ensuring project siteworks progress according to project schedule and alert Project Manager if required.
• Provide technical support for root cause analyses and troubleshooting of equipment faults and failures during project implementation.
• Manage the updating of technical documents during and after project phase.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training to Clients as well as to the Maintenance team after Project/DLP completion.
• Carry out regular patching and system updates for specialized sites
• To always ensure and maintain safety work procedures, at site or in office at all times.
• To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times
• Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company’s KPIs, ISO14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
