Job summary

Ming Yan Technology Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to support construction-related projects. The role involves documenting daily/monthly reports, coordinating drawing management, and liaising with consultants and quantity surveyors on change orders.

You will coordinate with safety personnel to ensure compliance with regulations, and lead weekly or monthly progress meetings with sub-contractors. A degree in Engineering and PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering is required/preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of project management knowledge, skills, experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good organization skill.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation including daily and monthly reports, method statements and work procedures.
• Oversee drawing management and ensure updated drawings are issued to clients and subcontractors.
• Assist the project manager or senior engineer in coordinating changes with consultants and quantity surveyors.
• Coordinate with safety personnel to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update progress.

• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.
• Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawings to the clients and subcontractor are issued.
• Assist the project manager or senior project engineer in coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued
• Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.
